It seems that there are a lot of new tools on the market to help out real estate agents. Companies are really trying to make a bundle off the increasing numbers of sales agents in our area. In my opinion the only tool that I couldn't live without is my satellite nav system. I have saved so much time by being able to plot out my showings instead of driving around aimlessly and backtracking. In addition, you can focus on learning more about your client as you are driving around instead of having to spend all your energy watching for street signs.

My garmin gps system was money well spent as far as I'm concerned; it makes me look more knowledgeable to my clients since I don't have to worry about getting lost. GPS systems work by tracking your location via satellite and integrate that with street maps for the area you are in. Not only has it helped me in my business, it makes family road trips that much easier!

I did a lot of research before I went ahead and purchased my Garmin and found out that there are many different models of gps sytems, all with their own unique features. For my purposes, I chose a basic model from garmin so that I could save some money, as some of the brands and models of gps can get to be really pricey. I strongly recommend that you read reviews about all brands of gps systems before you make your final choice in purchasing one.
